Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to search for circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we learn of one, we will remove the content promptly.

Liability for links

This website contains links to external third-party websites whose content we have no influence over, so we cannot accept any liability for that content. The respective provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for it. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking, and no illegal content was apparent then. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of one, we will remove the link promptly.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Any reproduction, editing, distribution or other use beyond the limits of copyright law requires the written consent of the author.
